What kind of lifestyles are the "enemies" of sexuality?
Bad habits such as smoking, obesity, alcohol abuse, and lack of exercise are real adversaries of sex. Smoking alters blood vessels and damages sperm health; again, walk 30-60 minutes a day or run in moderation (ask your family doctor or contact a personal trainer); do not exceed seven drinks per week; and finally, follow the Mediterranean diet, eating a balanced diet that includes fruit, vegetables, cereals, blue fish, olive oil, and white meats. This advice also helps to prevent diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidaemia, overweight and hormonal disorders.
